Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Hybrid- 3 days Onsite/week)
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Job Description:
- Work with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.
- Serve as a project team member or team lead.
- Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements.
- Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
- 5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow (Must)
- Minimum 4 plus years overall IT experience (Must)
- Hands on experience with Flow Designer and Scoped Application Must has experience on ITOM and ITSM Development. Preferred experience on ITSM ITOM (CMDB)
- ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (Preferred)
Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow Certified(CSA or CIS)
- Automated testing
- ServiceNow test management
- ServiceNow custom applications and testing
- Agile, SaFe, DevOps or ITIL
Secondary Skills
- Experience with Business Continuity Management
- Experience with Major Security Incident Management (MSIM), ServiceNow Certified(CSA or CIS)
