We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Support Specialist to provide break/fix support for production issues, application upgrades, maintenance, and enhancement work on new functionality using PeopleSoft's suite of products. The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft applications, server management, and various technical tools and languages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide break/fix support for production issues
• Perform application upgrades and maintenance
• Enhance and develop new functionality using PeopleSoft's suite of products
• Maintain and support PeopleSoft applications including:
• Human Capital Management - Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management
• Finance Supply Chain Management - Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing
• Campus Solutions 9.2 - Student Records, Student Finance, Campus Community
• Utilize PeopleTools (8.59 or higher), Application Engine, PeopleCode, Data Mover, SQR
• Use MS SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio; proficient in SQL
• Manage PeopleSoft servers:
• Application servers
• Process Scheduler Servers
• Web servers
• Apply ORACLE Critical Patches to Weblogic, Tuxedo, and Java
• Use My Oracle Support to log service requests and investigate issues
• Download and install PUM images for Finance, HR, and Campus Solutions
• Use Change Assistant to apply patches and application upgrades
• Troubleshoot production issues and install SSL certificates on web servers
• Understand PeopleSoft application messaging
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours application support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in COBOL coding and compiling is a bonus but not required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PeopleSoft server management and application support
• Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server
• Experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Data Mover, SQR
• Ability to apply ORACLE Critical Patches and troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft PUM image technology and Change Assistant
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
