Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Test Lead (nCino) for a Contract position with a client in Toronto, ON, (Hybrid). Ideally, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr Also, some Exposure to nCino. The preferred candidate for large Canadian Banking/Financial Enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA Testing

• Experience with Salesforce integration

• 3+ years of experience using:

• JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git

• Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Talend (version 7 or 8)

• Exposure to nCino (particularly within financial services and automation contexts)

• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing

• Salesforce certification

• Previous experience in the financial industry (FI)

Typical Day in Role:

- Develop Test Strategies for project delivery.

- Develop Test scenarios and queries for the In-house developed application, DB level, and E2E testing scripts

- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures

- Plan test schedules or strategies under project scope or delivery dates

- Produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases.

- Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability

- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content

- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes

- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers

- Create or maintain databases of known test defects
