Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Bonus (Performance & Company)

Work Type: On-site Full-time

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call during peak periods)

Vacation: 4 Weeks

We're hiring an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead and optimize our growing infrastructure in a multi-user environment (50+ users). Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
• Manage and mentor a small but growing team (currently 2+ members)
• Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud servers
• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 environments
• Support a multi-software environment across the organization
• Ensure secure and efficient IT systems for 50+ users
• Handle escalations and be available during on-call periods in busy seasons

Required Experience

• Proven people management experience in IT
• In-depth expertise in cloud and on-premise server administration
• Demonstrated success managing IT in a 50+ user environment
• Strong understanding of multi-platform, software-heavy infrastructures
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environments
