Title: Application Production Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid in 3 days/week in Montreal, QC
Duration: 18 months, 40 hours per week
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Context: a new team and needs 3 Clients (1 senior and 2 junior) to form it, The Client team will generally take care of In house applications . We will mainly work with the teams of Frances and India.
- Required 2 open positions:
- More than 5 years of experience as a Technical Customer
- Mastery of ITIL standards and ability to demonstrate:
- Incident Management
- Change management
- Operational excellence on RedHat Linux administration and Windows servers
- Fixes vulnerabilities for Linux/Unix and Windows servers UNIX command mastery
- Configuring Ansible tools (OpenShift, Terraform, etc.)
- Automate deployment, customization, upgrades, and monitoring with DevOps tools (automation)
- Experience with Kubernetes and containers (required)
- For Kubernetes, experience in cloud operations is an asset, as their private cluster is hosted on the cloud
- Assets:
- It is advisable to have P1 to P2 skills (escalation and management of priority risk incidents), but it is not mandatory for the client. It is also advisable to have level 3 management experience.
