Job Title: QA / QC Test Lead
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto (2 days onsite per week, increasing to 3-4 days/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (no overtime)

Overview:
Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is seeking a seasoned QA / QC Test Lead to support quality assurance for enterprise-level commercial banking applications. This role is focused on hands-on testing for platforms integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise tools, offering exposure to a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, and detailed scenarios for web-based and data-integrated systems
- Conduct manual testing at the application, database, and end-to-end levels
- Identify, track, and report defects using test management tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and developers to validate features and resolve issues
- Maintain and monitor test case execution progress
- Ensure QA best practices and documentation standards are followed
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of QA/QC testing experience
- Experience testing Salesforce-integrated solutions
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git, and test management plugins such as Xray or Zephyr (3+ years)
- Strong manual testing skills including scenario development, boundary testing, and regression testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Talend (v7 or v8)
- Familiarity with nCino or financial workflow automation
- Ability to write and validate complex SQL queries
- Salesforce certification
- Background in financial services or enterprise project delivery
