Day to day

• Lead technical resolutions for production incidents
• Communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders
• Comply with change control and database security policies
• Analyze recurring incidents for service improvements
• Provide on-call rotational support
• Participate in BAU activities, Disaster Recovery, and post-mortems

Technical Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Optimize database performance
• Ensure database security
• Implement native security features
• Manage RAC, HA, and DR strategies
• Automate database monitoring and maintenance

Must Haves

• 5-7 years SQL DBA experience
• MS SQL and POSTGRE experience
• Setup/Installation and configuration of DB products
• Tuning, Query Optimization, Monitoring, Troubleshooting
• Cloud migration experience
• DB backup, restore, recovery knowledge

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow, SolarWind, Azure Certification, FI experience
