Overview:

Join the FCRM Transformation Delivery and Enablement team at a top-tier financial institution. We are hiring two experienced BIM Analysts to support model development and customer risk scoring for TD's AML program. These roles offer hands-on work with predictive modeling, data science tools, and high visibility across stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance predictive models to support customer risk rating
• Use Python, SQL, and R to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to guide FCRM decision-making
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with regulatory requirements
• Present findings and model results to executives, auditors, and internal partners
• Ensure model documentation, testing, and validation align with Model Risk Management standards
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in model development processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Technology, and Compliance teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or model development
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data mining techniques
• Experience building predictive models and translating outputs into business strategies
• Strong analytical storytelling, slide creation, and report writing skills
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, organizational, and time management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with AML/ATF regulatory frameworks
• Experience developing dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
• Background in financial services or enterprise data environments
