We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer management skills, a knack for negotiation, and a deep understanding of business development strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and leveraging customer relationship management tools to enhance our sales processes. Unified Automation specializes in commercial and luxury residential automation, security, audio-video, and networking solutions, delivering seamless, future-ready technology that enhances security, connectivity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
