Location: On-site 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON

Type: Full-Time Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Time Off

Reports to: Sales Manager, Ecom

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Amazon.This role involves developing strategies to drive online sales, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-com business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Amazon POC to ensure smooth account operations and sales experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, ensuring both parties (TP-Link and Amazon) needs and goals are met. i.e., Annual Joint Business Planning, Quarterly Business Review
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and improve product branding.
  • Educate clients on e-commerce best practices, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify opportunities for the Ecom team to expand into new marketplaces, product categories, or potential partnerships. i.e., Amazon Alexa Bundle Partnership
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Extensive experience in client account management within e-commerce, B2B, digital marketing agency, or sales, an invaluable asset.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and reports.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
