Job Summary
HelloYugo is a modern, premium moving and white-glove delivery service. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to build and own our B2B and B2C sales engine from the ground up. The ideal candidate will help architect our lead-generation machine, support team growth, and personally close deals with commercial and residential partners. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and effectively communicating our product offerings to potential customers. Your ability to negotiate and close deals will be crucial in achieving our sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and inside sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to present our products and services.
- Utilize Hubspot or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Architect and execute multi-channel lead-gen strategy to deliver 100+ qualified leads per month
- Define, track, and exceed KPIs while working closely with the founder to lead and scale the team.
- Create comprehensive playbooks for prospecting, discovery, demos, and objection handling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prospect unconventional channels, including industry associations and strategic alliances
- Represent HelloYugo at industry events and trade shows.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B (or high-touch B2C) sales, with $500K - $1M+ in personally attributed revenue.
- Experience building sales processes from an early stage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong aptitude for identifying market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and closing contracts.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous inside-sales background; familiarity with the moving/delivery or logistics sector.

- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
