POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Claims Broker Advocate / Analyst to replace a retiring industry veteran. This individual will play a critical, client-facing role in advocating for commercial clients across all lines of P&C insurance, including construction and Lloyd's of London claims. The role demands advanced policy interpretation, complex claims strategy, and negotiation skills - all executed independently and with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end client claims advocacy and resolution
  • Interpret insurance policy wordings and strategize for coverage
  • Handle complex commercial and construction claims
  • Negotiate directly with carriers and Lloyd's syndicates
  • Provide claims reviews, reports, and strategic insights to clients
  • Act as the client-facing expert on claim trends and risks
  • Operate independently and onboard quickly to systems and clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • RIBO license required (or equivalent)
  • CIP, CAIB, or in-progress designation strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance claims
  • Strong understanding of Lloyd's market and construction losses
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex claims independently
