The EY Centre is seeking a Exhibitor Services Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description

- Reporting directly to the Manager, Electrical & Rigging Services, and collaborating with our Operations teams, the Event Services Coordinator is the primary liaison to exhibitors for their electrical and rigging requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Coordinate sales orders of electrical and rigging services for each event.
- Marketing services offered and conducting on-site visits.
- Work the Exhibitor Services Desk by processing orders and payments through the online ordering system.
- Processing electrical, rigging and labour orders that exhibitors purchase for trade shows, consumer shows and events.
- Prepare and submit daily deposits as revenue is received.
- Administrative duties such as data entry, printing, scanning, copying and faxing.
- Assist the EY Event Services team with projects as needed.
Job Requirements:

- Able to thrive in high pressure situations
- Very well presented
- Organized, reliable & efficient
- Knowledge of basic electrical, floor plan interpretation and event procedures a plus
- Bilingual an asset but not required.
