DFI is currently seeking an experienced Operator to run our Burntable on night shift. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, and hardworking professional that can complement our exceptional team.
Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm with the possibility for overtime

Responsibilities:
Maintain equipment daily
Ensure cut quality is maintained
Ensure plate is tracked and inventoried
Work closely with piling production group and Fabrication to maximize productivity
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair table alongside maintenance staff
Take an active role in DFI's quality, health, safety and environmental programs
Experience with Messer table and Pronest programing
Ordering of plate for projects
Qualifications:
Have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Possess a minimum of 1 year burn table operating experience preferred
Have ability to use basic tools such as measuring tape, band saw, calipers
Be able to read drawings and blueprints
Be willing to work straight evenings and weekends
Demonstrate high degree of communication skills including the ability to take verbal direction as required
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Welding experience an asset
This is an indoor and outdoor position, candidates must be comfortable working outside in cold or inclement
