Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight

  • Lead the overall Shopify migration program, including coordination of development, design, and operational teams.
  • Own the execution of multiple cross-functional initiatives such as CRO testing, site feature rollouts, and digital product enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment between technical implementations and product vision.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders (product, e-commerce, engineering, marketing, merchandising, customer service, fulfillment, and design teams).
  • Create and manage detailed project plans using tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Track and manage program budgets and resourcing needs in collaboration with finance and team leads.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating weekly check-ins and status updates.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to ensure feature scope, user requirements, and business objectives are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Coordinate launch schedules for new platform features and merchandising or campaign initiatives.
  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows between engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Standardize delivery practices to improve velocity, visibility, and predictability.
  • Develop change management and training plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Risk Management & Reporting

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
  • Define and track KPIs to monitor project performance and impact, reporting regularly to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct retrospectives and maintain documentation of outcomes and key learnings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-6 years of program or project management experience in e-commerce, digital products, or consumer retail.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms; re-platforming experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with technical programs involving ERP, MRP, or PIM integrations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with preference for direct experience Asana and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Calm under pressure and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other relevant project/program management certifications are a plus.
