With over 2,000 rental units, 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space, and multiple exciting projects underway, this is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact within an established and growing organization.
What You'll Do
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive occupancy, and enhance tenant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute multi-faceted marketing strategies across residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
- Oversee marketing for new developments, rebranding efforts, and capital improvements.
Campaign & Brand Management
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and PR channels.
- Monitor market trends and performance metrics to adjust strategy and maximize ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency through compelling visuals and messaging.
Digital Marketing
- Direct SEO/SEM efforts, paid digital campaigns, and website performance.
- Manage and create engaging social media content calendars.
Creative Oversight
- Oversee internal and external creative resources in the development of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
Budget & Vendor Oversight
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and campaign analytics.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with leasing, operations, and executive teams.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members and external partners.
Events & Sponsorship
- Coordinate launches, tenant engagement events, and community sponsorships.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in progressive marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Industry experience in property management, development, or hospitality is an asset.
- Strong design sensibility and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven with a passion for creative, results-oriented marketing.
