Role: SAP SAM Consultant

Location: Saskatoon, Canada (Onsite at client plant)

Type: Contract (6+ months)

Travel Required: Yes - 3 weeks onsite, 1 week off (Client-paid travel and accommodation)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SAM (Service and Asset Manager) Consultant to join a dynamic Rapid Action Team supporting a leading client in Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced plant environment and is comfortable troubleshooting and enhancing SAP Plant Maintenance functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets related to SAP SAM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve Plant Maintenance capabilities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Work with the Lead to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PM solutions.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with a 3-person Rapid Action Team (Lead, Functional Consultant, ABAP Developer).

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP SAM (Service and Asset Manager).
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
• Ability to independently resolve SAP SAM-related support tickets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Travel & Onsite Requirements:

• Must be open to working onsite at the client's plant for 3 weeks at a time.
• Client provides airfare, hotel, and rental car upfront (no out-of-pocket travel costs).
• Food expenses are not covered or reimbursed.
• Travel home once per month is provided, with a return to the plant site by Monday at 9:00 AM.
