Do you love soccer and working with kids? If so, read on The Headhunters Recruitment have partnered with a brand-new, sport-based daycare in a state-of-the-art facility in Greater Vancouver to find an energetic and experienced Soccer Director to lead their early childhood programs (ages 1-5).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong soccer background-whether as a player or coach-who's passionate about inspiring the next generation through play, movement, and fun.

Soccer Director responsibilities:

• Develop and lead engaging soccer & movement sessions for toddlers and preschoolers
• Work alongside early childhood educators to create a fun, safe learning environment
• Support children's physical and social development through sport
• Mentor junior activity staff
• Build positive relationships with families and the local community
• Help shape a completely new program from the ground up

The successful candidate:

• Has 10+ years of experience playing high level soccer (playing and/or coaching)
• Has 5+ years in a soccer coaching capacity
• Loves working with young children and understand their unique needs
• Is energetic, creative, and a strong communicator
• Appreciates a flexible full-time job that pairs well with evening/weekend coaching
• Is eager to be part of an innovative, mission-driven childcare program
• Note: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Designation an asset

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive salary ($60,000-$90,000) + bonus + benefits

• Weekday hours (Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm) that support your weekend coaching or personal life
