About the Role

Our publicly-traded Client is looking for a seasoned and proactive ERP (NetSuite) Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This person will serve as a key bridge between IT and business units, ensuring the ERP platform effectively supports daily operations and long-term strategic goals.

What You'll Be Doing

ERP System Oversight

  • Oversee the performance, day-to-day operations, and upkeep of the ERP system.
  • Ensure the system configuration aligns with business needs and complies with internal policies.
  • Keep teams informed about system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the quality of end-user support and system performance.
  • Work closely with managed service providers, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Raise technical and business-related challenges to IT management as needed.

Implementation & Integration

  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects from planning through to post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionality with business requirements.
  • Develop and manage data migration plans to ensure accurate and secure transitions.
  • Maintain clear documentation and sign-offs for all major project activities in compliance with SOX requirements.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through ERP functionality.
  • Partner with business leaders to redesign and optimize key processes.
  • Recommend system enhancements that support business growth and scalability.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage a team of ERP analysts, specialists, and support staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ERP-related initiatives across departments.
  • Promote strong collaboration between technical and functional teams.

Training & User Support

  • Create and maintain training materials and self-service resources for users.
  • Implement programs to assign, track, and follow up on training completion.
  • Drive user adoption through tailored enablement plans and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance to end-users.
  • Maintain documentation related to system setup, configurations, and process guides.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specific credentials are a plus).
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience managing ERP systems, including implementation and support.
  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite is essential.
  • Solid understanding of business operations in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, and warehousing.
  • Strong skills in ERP configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and systems integration.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
