Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our growing sanitation division, based out of our Innisfil location, overseeing our facilities in Barrie, Huntsville & Scarborough.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the operations team at each facility, comprised of service technicians, delivery technicians, maintenance technicians, and general labourers under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless coordination of field operations, focusing on efficient delivery execution and maintaining open communication to support timely service.
  • Facilitate process and program implementation
  • Perform job training and safety compliance enforcement
  • Responsible for quality control review and audits
  • Manage on site customer relations and emergency response
  • Performance tracking and reviews, and other operational duties as assigned.
  • The Operations Supervisor also works hand in hand with the Route Coordinator, and dispatcher for the region to ensure routing is efficient and allows delivery of services as per scheduling with our customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous operations leadership experience
  • Previous sanitation industry experience and product knowledge
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate an ever-changing workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
