Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their IAM modernization initiative. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IAM provisioning and licensing, infrastructure and desktop services, and has successfully managed vendor-led implementations. This role also requires a strong focus on people and change management as key enablers of success.

Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities
- Lead the SailPoint IAM implementation from planning through go-live, ensuring successful outcomes across technical and business workstreams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, holding all parties accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Ensure effective provisioning, deprovisioning, and licensing management processes are implemented in alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure and desktop services teams to ensure seamless technical integration.
- Drive engagement across departments, recognizing that IAM success depends on both technology and people readiness.
- Embed change management principles into the project plan to support user adoption and organizational alignment.
- Provide clear, consistent project reporting and escalate risks/issues proactively.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementations, including at least one SailPoint or major IAM platform deployment.
- Strong understanding of identity provisioning, licensing, access governance, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with infrastructure, desktop support teams, and enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable.
- Outcome-focused mindset with experience aligning technical delivery to business value.
- Knowledge of organizational change management strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
