Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their IAM modernization initiative. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IAM provisioning and licensing, infrastructure and desktop services, and has successfully managed vendor-led implementations. This role also requires a strong focus on people and change management as key enablers of success.

Location: Hybrid St. Catherines

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SailPoint IAM implementation from planning through go-live, ensuring successful outcomes across technical and business workstreams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, holding all parties accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality.
  • Ensure effective provisioning, deprovisioning, and licensing management processes are implemented in alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure and desktop services teams to ensure seamless technical integration.
  • Drive engagement across departments, recognizing that IAM success depends on both technology and people readiness.
  • Embed change management principles into the project plan to support user adoption and organizational alignment.
  • Provide clear, consistent project reporting and escalate risks/issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementations, including at least one SailPoint or major IAM platform deployment.
  • Strong understanding of identity provisioning, licensing, access governance, and workflow automation.
  • Experience working with infrastructure, desktop support teams, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable.
  • Outcome-focused mindset with experience aligning technical delivery to business value.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management strategies and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
