  • Coach leaders on engagement, performance, and employee experience
  • Identify and implement improvements to support the wider people strategy

Candidate Profile

  • Significant HR experience at a senior HR business partner or people partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confident in applying it
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and able to operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior levels
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach when required

Package Includes:

  • Base salary to £75,000 per annum
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • Employer pension contribution double-matched up to 7%
  • Private medical insurance

This is a fantastic opportunity for a credible, forward-thinking HR professional to join a progressive organisation where people and change are central to the agenda.
