Responsabilités

L'analyste-développeur MS Dynamics CRM configurera l'application MS Dynamics CRM afin de l'adapter aux processus métier identifiés lors des différentes phases d'analyse. Au sein d'une équipe de consultants et rattaché à l'architecte de la solution MS Dynamics CRM, son rôle comprend la contribution technique et fonctionnelle, la création des entités et attributs requis, la définition des relations et des contraintes entre ces entités, la définition et la création de formulaires, d'écrans et de vues variées, ainsi que la mise en œuvre de workflows. Les autres tâches liées à ce poste incluent la programmation et le développement en JavaScript, la production de documentation et la formation des utilisateurs et des analystes.

Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

Exigences :

• Avoir travaillé sur au moins un projet agile majeur ;

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience avec les API CRM, REST/ODATA et SOAP ;

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience avec le SDK MS Dynamics CRM pour le développement d'applications ; • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la création d'activités de workflow personnalisées ;

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience avec JavaScript ;

• Minimum d'un an d'expérience avec Power Platform, incluant les modules Power Apps, Power Automate et Dataverse ;

• Minimum d'un an d'expérience avec MS Dynamics 365, avec les modules Engagement client ou Finance ;

• Minimum d'un an d'expérience avec l'approche Model-Driven ;

• Minimum d'un an d'expérience avec l'approche Canvas App ;

• Minimum d'un an d'expérience avec Azure Service Bus.

• Mise en œuvre des modifications de l'application, suivi de la gestion du changement et accompagnement à la transformation des besoins métier ;

• Configuration, programmation, reporting et documentation des workflows ;

• Assistance à l'analyse des besoins et proposition de solutions métier complexes ; • Assistance aux migrations de données, aux intégrations et aux interfaces avec les systèmes existants ;

• Tests, accompagnement lors du lancement en production et accompagnement post-implémentation.

Responsibilities

The MS Dynamics CRM Analyst-Developer will configure the MS Dynamics CRM application to adapt to the business processes identified during the various phases of the analysis. Working within a consulting team and reporting to the MS Dynamics CRM solution architect, their role includes both technical and functional input, creating the required entities and attributes, defining the relationships and constraints between these entities, defining and creating forms, screens, and various views, and implementing workflows. Other tasks related to this position include programming and development using JavaScript, producing documentation, and training users and analysts.

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Required:

• Have worked on at least one major agile project;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using the MS Dynamics CRM SDK for application development;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience creating custom workflow activities;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse modules;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with MS Dynamics 365, with the Customer Engagement or Finance modules;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Model-Driven approach;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Canvas App approach;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Azure Service Bus.
