We are seeking a highly skilled Application Production Support Engineer (L3) with strong expertise in Capital Markets to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will bring deep SQL coding skills, experience working with large data sets, and a strong understanding of financial systems and trading platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in application support within Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Proven experience in a Level 3 support role for financial systems.
• Expert-level SQL skills - capable of writing complex queries, debugging procedures, and handling large datasets efficiently.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives) and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with incident management, log analysis, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
