Job Title: Project Manager and Scrum Master

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management and Scrum Master skills, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Relevant 7+ year's combined experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools, including Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

Desired skills:

• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring
