Job Title: Lead Python Developer

Work status: Hybrid 2 days a week to Montreal office

Mandatory requirements:

• French or bilingual
• Provides technical direction. Must be able to lead the Dev team.
• Expert in Python 5-10 years and knowledge of many programing languages
• Experience with Visual Basic would be an asset
• Experience with any AI, preferably with Copilot
• Focal point for Migration of legacy (FoxPro, Visual Basic etc.) to modern components (Python, SQL)
• Hands-on experience working with relational Databases
• Has previously worked in an AWS Environment, familiar with IAM Policies
