Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Solution Architect

The Job:

We're hiring a CPM Solution Architect to join a fast-growing technology consultancy in Toronto. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, implementing, and integrating Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions that drive meaningful transformation for enterprise clients. You'll engage directly with stakeholders to understand complex business needs, lead workshops and prototypes, and deliver scalable solutions across platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, or CCH Tagetik. About You:

You're a confident architect who knows how to turn complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You thrive in client-facing roles, excel at driving workshops, and bring a blend of technical depth and commercial awareness. You're not just a builder-you're a trusted advisor.

You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience implementing and architecting CPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM)
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, application integration, and workflow optimization
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and engage business users
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across business and tech teams

The Salary, Location & Process:

Salary: CAD110,000 - 130,000
