This is an in-office Senior Administrative position that requires experience in all areas of the outlined responsibilities.

Known for their strong values, collaborative leadership team, and meaningful impact across the region, they offer a supportive and professional work environment with room to grow The Senior Administrator will play a key role in supporting the CEO and Vice Presidents, providing administrative, project, and accounting support to help drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing Executive Assistant skills but who hasn't yet had the right opportunity to step into that space.
Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO and VP team, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external events
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-up tasks
- Support accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with strong attention to detail
- Maintain organized systems for documentation and internal communications
- Liaise with stakeholders and teams across departments
The Successful Candidate Has:
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience planning and coordinating events or internal initiatives
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $65,000 - $70,000, depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
