We are seeking a Facilities Site Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee daily operations at a high-profile pharmaceutical facility. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of site analytics, infrastructure planning, and operational execution-from preventive maintenance and repairs to capital project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring seamless coordination of maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
• Conduct site analytics reviews and develop strategic plans to address infrastructure gaps in design and build.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and long-term site planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain operational excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison between the facilities team and client stakeholders, including participation in high-level meetings and planning sessions.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking for on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
