We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer service and order desk to support day-to-day business functions. You will play a key role in keeping our office, customer service, and logistics running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative duties to support operations.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone and email.
- Schedule freight and coordinate with transport companies for timely deliveries.
- Support ERP-related tasks, including data entry and basic troubleshooting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, basic analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a strong plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Dependable, diligent, and efficient in task execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with order processing or supply chain functions.
