With over 175 independently owned locations across North America and Australia, we're revolutionizing the junk removal industry through exceptional service and a customer-first approach.

About the role:

As the General Manager, you'll oversee all facets of business operations-people, performance, marketing, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be in the field, not just behind a desk. You'll work closely with ownership to grow revenue, elevate team culture, and ensure operational excellence every day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture :

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing field team
• Foster a fun, accountable, and driven team culture
• Coach and mentor team leads to consistently raise performance

Operations & Strategy :

• Manage day-to-day logistics, fleet operations, and scheduling
• Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Track KPIs and execute strategic plans for revenue growth

Customer Experience :

• Champion an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
• Handle customer escalations and feedback with professionalism and urgency
• Build strong relationships with local commercial clients, property managers, and realtors

Sales & Marketing :

• Execute local marketing campaigns and support brand initiatives
• Drive sales through proactive lead generation and community engagement

Risk & Compliance :

• Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
• Uphold operational policies and company values

About you:

• 2+ years experience in a leadership or GM role (home service industry preferred)
• Strong people leadership skills-you lead from the front, not the sidelines
• Proven ability to manage and improve operations, build winning teams, and hit performance goals
• Comfortable with field work, coaching on the job, and rolling up your sleeves
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and problem-solving skills
