Job Description

Adecco is currently seeking a qualified individual who will be responsible for various aspects of product assembly and testing. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to assemble and use complex instruments and assemblies.

• Pay rate: $20/hour
• Location: Etobicoke, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday Shift within 11:00pm-7:00am (Midnight shift)
• Job type: Temporary Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect, assemble and test cartridges or sub-assemblies using approved assembly procedures.
• Able to follow all work instructions and procedures and record all production information as required
• Ability to use a computer to perform tests, download information or record test data.
• Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods of time
• Able to use and maintain hand tools and various types of equipment to assemble and test cartridges
• Good hand eye coordination, stable hands for delicate component assembly
• Comply with gowning protocols as required and maintain a clean, orderly and organized work area.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Attention to detail.
• Good communications skills (written and oral).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with Gas Chromatography (GC) Columns or microfluidics assembly a plus.
• Experience in Electronic or Medical device assembly a plus.
