Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing and Market Development Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our new medical device portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving market penetration and growth, developing strategic marketing plans, and establishing our presence in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our medical device products in approved markets (Canada, US, Europe, Australia).
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Product Launch: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including creating marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs for sales teams.
• Brand Development: Enhance and expand Vielight's brand presence in the medical device sector through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trade show participation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements in different regions.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and distribution partners.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Education: MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales and marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and market development.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
