Competition Composites Inc. (CCI) is looking for a Technical Salesperson to lead our sales efforts, drive growth, and deepen client relationships in key markets including radomes, marine, and custom-engineered composite components.

What You'll Do:

• Be a key member of our management team, helping shape the strategic direction of the company.
• Lead the sales team by mentoring junior staff, improving internal processes, and delivering technical and procedural guidance.
• Identify and grow high-value market opportunities by converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Represent and promote CCI's advanced composite manufacturing capabilities and custom solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while constantly looking for win-win opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate across departments to bring new product ideas and service improvements to life.
• Drive operational excellence through accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated, independent sales leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with high-performance composites or technical manufacturing is a major asset.
• Proven success in B2B sales and client relationship development.
• Ability to lead by example, plan and meet sales goals, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with proposal development and estimating.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
