Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service - must-have) and familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite products.

Ability to facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.

Experience designing components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment, with strong technical expertise in middleware tools (preferably Mulesoft).

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Online & On-Premise implementations and prior versions.

Capable of providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture.
