Role Description: ? Client Needs Understanding:Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify areas where Autodesk solutions is having issues / requirements. ? Technical Support:Provide technical support on relevant Autodesk tools and features - addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues. ? Technical Expertise:Stay current with the latest Autodesk product releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal solution delivery. ? Collaboration:Work closely with internal sales teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Required Skills and Qualifications:? Proficient in Autodesk Software:In-depth knowledge of relevant Autodesk products (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360) based on industry focus. ? Technical Skills:Understanding of data management, integration capabilities, and API usage within Autodesk platforms. ? Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders. ? Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to complex client challenges.
