Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven MSP Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities from our MSP clients. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery teams to source, screen, and submit quality candidates across IT and business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Submit candidates to requisitions from various VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday).
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: screening, negotiation, onboarding coordination, and relationship management.
• Prioritize and manage multiple roles with tight turnaround times and SLA targets.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring or high-demand roles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and job submissions in ATS and VMS tools.
• Communicate effectively with account managers to ensure alignment on delivery goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience recruiting within an MSP or VMS environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles (developers, analysts, PMs, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
