Bradford Jacobs is assisting an AI drone solutions company, helping business customers improve mission-critical business operations. Since 2017, the company has leveraged software development expertise and grown drone design and manufacturing capabilities.
We're looking for a Government & International Programs Manager to spearhead global certification and compliance efforts-think FAA, Blue UAS, Canadian drone initiatives, NATO contracts, and more.

What You'll Do:
- Command FAA certifications and BVLOS rulemaking submissions.
- Lead Blue UAS certification strategy and documentation.
- Navigate Canadian drone regulations, NRC grants, and Transport Canada programs.
- Own grant hunting: SBIR/STTR, NRC-IRAP, ISED, DoD-if it funds drones, you're on it.
- Drive federal and NATO-aligned proposal submissions on SAM.gov and Buyandsell.gc.ca.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and external advisors to stay bulletproof on compliance.
- Track regulatory shifts, defense procurement changes, and EO impacts across the U.S., Canada, and NATO zones.
What You Bring:
- 4-7 years in government procurement, aerospace compliance, or defense strategy.
- Hands-on experience with FAA, DIU, NRC, or NATO procurement systems.
- Deep familiarity with Blue UAS, OTA, SBIR, IRAP, or ISED programs.
- A proven knack for technical writing and grant proposals.
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen (dual citizenship is a bonus).
Compensation:
- Salary CAD90,000 - CAD130,000 + Bonus depending on experience
