JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Technician for a leading enterprise technology provider for a permanent position. This position will be located in Montreal, QC. The candidate will be responsible for servicing a variety of payment systems, including ATMs, self-checkouts, POS systems, etc. at applicable financial client locations. Daily tasks will involve performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls for issues related to pin-pads, network faults, configuration, security, remote system access, printers etc. They will be assigned a job through a ticketing system and must complete that action within a certain amount of time. This will involve travelling to 5-6 locations per day, which means you must have a full class valid driver's license. The successful candidate should have experience as a field technician and be willing to work 40/hrs a week and be comfortable with shift work (including weekends).
