Lake House Group is a boutique Shopify agency rebuilding itself around smart automation and AI. We're looking for a sharp, resourceful teammate to help us turn manual processes-ours and our clients'-into simple, impactful automated workflows.

The Mission

Design and deploy automations that simplify operations and unlock revenue for ecommerce clients, while helping build the internal automation engine powering our own agency.

What You Will Be Accountable For

Within your first 90 days, you will:

• Ship live automations that save at least 10 hours per week or generate at least $10,000 in new revenue
• Track and report measurable outcomes for every workflow you deploy
• Build documentation and dashboards that make it easy for others to use and evolve your work

You will report directly to the agency founder and collaborate with our ecommerce strategists and designers. You will be empowered to own problems from discovery to deployment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prototype and launch automations using tools like LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and low-code platforms
• Improve internal workflows including transcript parsing, Slack agents, and reporting dashboards
• Keep systems lean, document trade-offs, and continuously improve based on feedback
• Translate business goals into clear, automated processes tied to KPIs
• Share what you learn with the team through writeups and short demos

Details

Full-time

CAD 70,000 to 90,000 per year

Bonus based on efficiency and client results

Remote-first with a hybrid model

You should be open to working from our Montreal office a couple of times per week
