Sales Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour + Commission

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager/Sales Representative who can generate new business and effectively manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Secure contracts with businesses needing temporary staff (e.g., manufacturing, warehouses, courier companies)
- Negotiate rates and close deals
- Manage new and existing client accounts
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships
Client & Site Management
- Gather job orders and relay them to the recruiting team
- Communicate with on-site supervisors and handle any issues
- Replace no-shows promptly and ensure proper staffing
- Be responsive to last-minute or emergency client needs
Coordination & Scheduling
- Use internal tools and apps to track employee schedules
- Maintain close communication with both crew and clients
- Ensure smooth shift coverage and staffing operations
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and internal support teams
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing agency sales (strong communicators with less experience may be considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient with time management
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and staffing platforms
- Bonus: Knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety
- Bonus: Experience in event staffing or industrial staffing
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $24-$27/hr (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: Based on volume and markup of successful client acquisitions
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On-call availability required for urgent matters, or based off clients needs
- Occasional weekend communication as needed (phone/email only)
