Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an MDM Production Support to join their team. As an MDM Production Support, you will be part of the IT department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a process-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MDM Production Support

Location: Toronto, Onsite work 2-3 days a week downtow

What's the Job?

• Provide production support for IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Utilize Unix and SQL Database (DB2, SQL) for troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Optimize application performance and conduct performance tuning.
• Interface with stakeholders to communicate technical information clearly.
• Maintain current documentation and manage support tickets effectively.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience in Unix and SQL Database (DB2, SQL).
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Process-oriented mindset to ensure documentation and ticketing are up-to-date.
