Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Developer to support our client in Vancouver, BC. This opportunity is following a hybrid , in-office model on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are looking for an individual who can help support Salesforce in a platform administration and development capacity. Responsibilities include overall system support including monitoring backlog, production, and system maintenance and upgrades. They will also be hands on with technical customizations, analysis of business and technical requirements, and process mapping. The candidate will also be collaborating with various business units - both technical and non-technical - to fulfill business needs and priorities. Additional Responsibilities include: - Coordinating and performing regular system upgrades regarding Salesforce - Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements - Uses knowledge and expertise of Salesforce to ensure complete platform utilization - Performs configuration updates - Ensure system control process as well as maintenance - Works with any necessary external vendors - Mentoring additional team members - Ensuring project deadlines and targets are hit

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years hands on experience with Salesforce Platform for system administration and development

- Demonstrated experience with configurations, creating custom data models, custom fields, roles, hierarchy, and flows

- Ability to do APEX, Classes, triggers, declarative development for flows, reading and writing code, and Lightning web components

- Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience

- Strong experience working with API's and salesforce to connect to third party applications
