Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to support our rapidly growing sales team. This role is critical in optimizing the performance of our Account Executives (AEs) by onboarding, coordinating demo execution, managing HubSpot sales pipelines, and ensuring sales processes run smoothly from lead generation to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day coordination and support for the AE team, including scheduling, resource management, and performance tracking
  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting, lead progression, and deal tracking
  • Analyze AE performance metrics (calls, pipeline, closed deals) to provide actionable insights and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure demo readiness by overseeing prep processes, assigning AE's & Product Specialists, and managing confirmations of follow-ups
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials (scripts, one-pagers, cheat sheets, etc.) and keep resources up to date
  • Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and implement scalable solutions
  • Support onboarding and training for new AEs, ensuring alignment with sales methodology and tools
  • Lead weekly pipeline review and demo debrief sessions with AEs and sales leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue-focused project management
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team with shifting priorities
  • Background in sales training, coaching, or performance enablement
