Profile: Our client is a leading manufacturer of equipment and consumables sold to food retailers. The Regional Sales Manager will manage a small team (2) of sales reps and manage a few key accounts across Quebec. You have experience selling to the biggest food retailers as well as independents such as bakeries and meat stores. Please provide your resume in English.

Workplace: Home office (local to Montreal) with occasional visits to office
Products/Services: Equipment and consumables sold to food retailers
Salary: Base $110,000
Commissions/Bonus: $25,000 at 100% of plan
Car allowance: $10,200 annually
Expense's reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

- Manage a specific group of key accounts
- Find new opportunities within accounts
- Ensure 100% customer service satisfaction within accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic plan for new customer acquisition
- Develop and build long-term relationships
- Manage customer relationships from A to Z
- Guide, manage and coach sales reps
- Negotiate pricing
- Maintain up to date records within CRM
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 20% vs 80%
Road vs Office: 40% vs 60%
Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
Education: Some university education needed
Training: On the job training but we need someone industry specific
Overnight Travel: 10%-20% overnight travel
Years of experience: 6+ years managing a team with 10+ years in retail grocery
