We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 6+ months
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead IT project activities including planning, analysis, and systems design
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Oversee security, backup, and user support systems for small to mid-sized projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, department leads, vendors, and technical teams to align IT solutions with business goals
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user-level technical support
- Support integration efforts using middleware tools such as Kafka and BizTalk
- Assist in the development of OLAP and OLTP-based BI and analytics systems using Microsoft technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8-10 years of experience in IT business analysis or systems planning
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies: SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, Synapse
- Familiarity with middleware and integration tools (e.g., Kafka, BizTalk)
- Proven experience with banking, insurance, and financial risk domains
- Strong soft skills: communication, stakeholder management, time management, adaptability, and problem solving
- Proficient in business process analysis and documenting user stories and functional specs
