Senior UX Writer / Content Designer (1-Year Contract)

A leading global tech brand is hiring a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer for a 1-year contract supporting large-scale, enterprise-level products. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments and wants their work to reach millions of users worldwide.

You'll join a team focused on building cohesive, scalable experiences across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who's independent, takes initiative, and brings both content expertise and light project management skills to the table.

What you'll do:

• Write, manage, and maintain UX content for enterprise-scale products
• Work closely with designers, researchers, and developers to ensure consistent, user-first language across systems
• Contribute to and maintain internal style guides and content libraries (bonus if you've written them!)
• Support and scale content within design systems and string libraries
• Ensure UX content aligns with brand voice, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and IA best practices

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years as a UX Writer or Content Designer
• Experience in enterprise or B2B environments
• Strong familiarity with design systems, string libraries, and large-scale content governance
• A proactive mindset-you're comfortable owning your scope, asking the right questions, and moving projects forward

Hybrid setup in Vancouver (Great Northern Way) - candidates must be local and able to come onsite as needed.
