Skills and Responsibilities:

• Good experience with AEM. Experience migrating AEM from AMS hosted to AEM as a Cloud Service preferred.

• Proficiency in AEM (core components, sites, assets, workflows, etc.) and related integrations into AEM. Solid foundation in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)., DevOps practices, and cloud deployment.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues across multiple layers of AEM and integrated systems.

• Experience with frontend framework (React) preferred

• Experience with integrating AEM with external search solutions like Coveo.

• AEM Sites Certification is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, Content Authors and IT stakeholders to iterate on design, development and implementation in support of our web-platform and initiatives utilizing Adobe Experience Manager as well as other technologies as needed.

• Develop clean, maintainable, readable code that is scalable and secure. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure the same.

• Active participation in agile ceremonies and best practices

• Passionate about technology and takes the opportunity to learn new things with the goal of understanding how we can leverage various tools/concepts

• Willing to volunteer even if it is outside of their expertise

• Proactively communicates blockers or concerns and is willing to leverage others for help

• Willing to do what it takes for the team to succeed

• Eager to share knowledge with others
