In this role, you'll build relationships with local companies, uncover their hiring needs, and offer tailored staffing solutions. Whether you're walking into a business for the first time or growing an existing client account, you'll be part of a mission that makes a real impact: putting people to work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prospecting and connecting with businesses across a defined territory
• Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their workforce needs
• Presenting Express Employment Professionals solutions
• Managing and growing a book of business
• Representing Express at networking events and trade shows

What You Bring:

• A competitive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers
• Previous experience in outside sales, territory sales, or business development
• Customer service or sales background
• Understanding of business operations and hiring challenges
• A friendly, upbeat attitude and a solution-focused mindset
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
