As a Senior Graphic Designer at Victory Creative Group, you will dive into focused teams that blend strategists, writers, producers, and developers to deliver world-class creative work. Collaboration is our cornerstone-expect to engage closely with colleagues and clients from diverse fields, each offering unique insights and expertise. You will lead the way in refining complex concepts into clear, impactful designs and be instrumental in the continuous evolution of digital products and experiences. Your role requires a wide range of skills, including expertise in visual design, editorial content, presentation design, user experience, and user interface. You're expected to be a big picture thinker and a lucid communicator who can work autonomously or as part of a team on broad-ranging projects. This role is not just about finding solutions but evolving them through rigorous iteration, ensuring the end product not only meets but exceeds our creative and strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative concepts and ideas in line with clients' brand standards and industry trends.
- Meet with clients to discuss projects and present materials as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director on concepts.
- Oversee junior designers and provide mentorship to foster growth and creativity.
- Prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Design for various mediums, including branding, editorial, presentations, experiential, websites, and more.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience overseeing junior designers and providing mentorship.
- Versatility in design, including digital production, experiential design, and bonus if you've worked with video projects.
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, and Figma.
- Expertise in layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
- Expertise in graphic applications, prints, processes, and tools.
- Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and competency in 3D design tools is a plus.
- A well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate a strong, effective methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and final execution.
- Team player with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
